Cutting, bending and installing reinforcement, tying meshes and cages, reinforcing moulds – in serial production and on site.

Welders with valid certificates: reinforcement cages, steel structures, mould components and fittings for precast elements.

Formwork carpenters and concrete workers on site: foundations, walls, slabs, basement level in dense urban development.

Subcontracting of a Scope of Work
We take over a defined scope – e.g. reinforcing and concreting a line or erecting precast elements on site – with our own foreman and responsibility for deadline and quality. Billed per completed scope.

Crew Delegation (AÜG)
Complete staffing of positions or an entire shift in your plant, under your management. Contracts compliant with German labour leasing law, flexible duration.

Support in Production Peaks
Additional teams for periods of increased workload, start-up of a new line or an urgent contract. Fast mobilisation and scaling up or down.

We Building Group is a company from Poznań whose crews have been working for over 8 years in precast concrete plants and on construction sites in Germany and Europe. We work where pace, repeatable quality and safety matter: at moulds and production tables, at reinforcement and welding, at formwork, concreting and precast erection. We take responsibility for staffing, organisation and continuity of the team – you focus on the product.

We prepare an offer with the cooperation model and rates. We agree terms, schedule and billing rules.

Crew Selection and Mobilisation
We assemble the team from our pool of verified workers and arrange documents, accommodation and travel.

Execution and Supervision
The crew starts work. The foreman and the WBG contract manager stay in constant contact with you for the whole duration of the order.
Legal Employment
All workers operate under fully compliant employment contracts in accordance with German labour law (AÜG). Formalities, contributions and insurance are on our side.
